Coach Lauren J. is a former radio personality turned podcaster, coach, and podcast editor with 17 years of on-air experience in Dallas, Killeen, and Houston. Nearly two decades after stepping away from the radio industry, her love for soulful music inspired a bold return, this time on her own terms.

In January 2025, she launched Sistahs Connect® Internet Radio, a 24/7 streaming station born out of a deep desire to create something that fed her spirit and uplifted Black women. What began as a passion project has grown into a vibrant platform featuring Neo Soul, throwback R&B, and inspirational music, empowering daily messages, and women-led podcasts that speak directly to the hearts of women.

As the host of the Sistahs Connect® podcast, Kimberly continues to celebrate the brilliance, resilience, and everyday magic of Black women through honest, heartfelt conversations.

Her work as a podcaster has been featured in The Podcast Business Journal, Authority Magazine, She Podcasts Live, and Libsyn, which honored her as a Women's History Month podcast industry leader. In 2024, she was named to the POC Stock Top 50 Future of Black America list for her commitment to amplifying diverse voices and using audio as a tool for connection and change.
